There's No Frills on these lads!
Rotherham Metro attended the Sheffield No Frills Gala at Ponds Forge on the 29th and 30th May. There were no frills on Matthew Sotheran as he achieved 4 more national times. He won a Gold medal in the 400 metres Freestyle with a time of 4.38.06 and a Gold in the 200 Free with a time of 2.13.06, the 800 Free in 9.36.84 winning a Bronze medal, and a Silver medal in the 200 Back with a time of 2.30.75. He also won a silver medal in the 100 Free. Daniel Mclean also did well in obtaining a National time in the 100 metres back in a time of 1.02.43, which earned him a Gold medal. Daniel has also achieved national times in the 50 Free and 100 Free at a previous Gala. Well Done Lads.
