When completing your entries please note that the old GB registration number consisting of numbers and letters has now been replaced by a numeric registration number generated automatically by British Swimming and printed on the ASA membership card. The British Swimming online ranking system now uses the new numeric registration number and as ASA Law 407 requires competitors to enter their registration number on all entry forms the new numeric registration number should be used with immediate effect. If you do not use the new number then your swim may not be included in the British Swimming rankings list.
Our 2007 meets comply with the recommendations made by the ASA under 'Competition for All' and will be licensed in accordance with those guidelines. To read more about this follow this link: Competition for All
If you would like an entry disk in Sports Systems format for any of our forthcoming galas then send a Stamped Addressed Envelope stating the name of your club to John Whaling, 5 Oaken Wood Road, Thorpe Hesley, Rotherham, S61 2UP.

For those wishing to enter Galas by e-mail, an Excel version of this form is available, that can be completed and sent electronically. This form is available upon request from metro_entry@blueyonder.co.uk which is also the return address for the completed forms.
